We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Proteus provides a three-years warranty from the date of delivery covering manufacturing defects, material integrity issues, and functional failures under normal use.

The warranty excludes user-induced damage, unauthorized modifications, environmental damage, and normal wear and tear. Users must follow usage instructions, retain proof of purchase, and return items in original packaging.

Claims are processed within 7-10 working days upon receipt of the defective product. Proteus disclaims liability for data loss or indirect damages, and reserves interpretation rights for warranty terms.
